Patiala, November 8: Gaurav of local Dhiru Nagar has filed a complaint against 6 persons including 3 members of the same family and an unknown person at the Kotwali police station. In his complaint, he named Lucky, Jatin, Pinky, Rahul, Gaggu and another unidentified person and alleged that he was surrounded and beaten up and threatened to die on November 6 in Ragho Majra area. The police have registered a case and started the action. A report of another similar incident has been filed at Kotwali police station itself. Street no. 4 Sukhbir Singh of Gurbakhsh Colony has accused Gurpreet Singh of Tafzalpura and another unidentified person that he had to take money from Gurpreet Singh, recently when he was asked for money, he along with another unidentified accomplice beat him up. Threatened to kill. Lahori Gate Police Station Sub Inspector Vinod Kumar and his team have recovered drug pills from Tejinder Singh and Jatinder Singh of Tafzalpura. When the police party searched the duo on suspicion near the water tank, they threw away a wax envelope from which 600 drug pills were recovered. A case has been registered against both of them.
