Una 27,October- Nehru Yuva Kendra Una Program Ministry of Sports, Government of India Khadi Mahotsav is being celebrated from 20 October to 31 October 2023. Under this festival, people will be motivated to wear Khadi throughout the month and various competitions like Selfie with Khadi, Creative Film Competition will be held. Speech competition, street play and essay writing are being organized in various educational institutions and youth groups.
In this context, a program was organized in the Zilla Parishad Hall today in which the chief guest, Honorable Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting and Youth Affairs and Sports, was present. While addressing, he said that people should use Khadi as much as possible and said that those going to Delhi should Under the Meri Mati Mera Desh program, the youth from district Una who are going to participate in Meri Mati Mera Desh should be distributed food items prepared by coarse grains by Mahila Mandals at the local level.
