On the occasion of this festival, Punjab Vidhan Sabha Deputy Speaker Sardar Jai Krishan Singh Rowdy and Dr. Ramanpreet Kaur arrived on a special occasion and gave Dussehra greetings to the people.
Speaking on this occasion, the chairman of the committee from Dussehra Trust said that the festival of Dussehra is a symbol of virtue and goodness. They said that we should try to adopt the path of truth from Lord Ram Chandra. They said that goodness never ends and neither can it be hidden. The committee members said that the Deputy Speaker from Punjab Vidhan Sabha. Jai Krishan Singh Rodi gave a check of one lakh rupees to the committee members of village Rampur Bildho Dussehra Trust for the temple and promised to give an amount of 2 lakh rupees for the committee rooms of Mahalan Mandal | Deputy Speaker of Punjab Vidhan Sabha Sardar Jai Krishan Singh Speaking in conversation, Rowdy said that we all should live in mutual community and celebrate the festival and we should not follow mischievous people and spoil the mutual community and any kind of problems faced by the villagers should be solved on a priority basis. On this occasion, the Dussehra Trust Committee honored the guests and offered fire to the effigies of Ravana, Meghnath and Kumbhakaran.
