Garhshankar - The last prayers of former MLA Ram Krishna Kataria were performed at his native village Pojewal. On this occasion Chief Minister Punjab Bhagwant Singh Maan's wife Dr. Gurpreet Kaur specially attended his last prayers. On this occasion, Deputy Speaker Punjab Vidhan Sabha Jai Krishna Singh Rowdy, Cabinet Minister Bram Shankar Jimpa, MLA Ropar Dinesh Chada, former Speaker Rana KP Singh, MLA Chabewal Dr. Raj Kumar and former Union Minister Jagmeet Singh Brar, former Rajya Sabha member Abhinash Rai Khanna and former MLA Nawanshahr Angad Singh, Gagan Agnihotri Chairman Market Committee, District President and Chairman District Planning Board Satnam Singh Chechi Jalalpur, Chairman Markfed Hemant Singh, Constituency Incharge Lalit Mohan Pathak Ballu, District President Women's Wing Rajdeep Sharma also attended the funeral prayers. While paying tribute to former MLA Ram Krishna Kataria, Dr. Gurpreet Kaur said that the people of the constituency have suffered a great loss due to his departure. He said that the Kataria family has been serving the area for a long time. Kataria Sahib's dream was to build a bridge over the river from Machiwara Sahib to Kathgarh. Bhagwant Singh will finish it soon by talking to Maan. He said that whatever the Constituency MLA Santosh Katarian ji says will be done in memory of former MLA Ram Krishna Kataria ji.
