Patiala: About 70 years old famous religious organization Guru Arjan Kirtan Mandal Patiala, which celebrates the martyrdom of Pancham Patishah Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji Maharaj on a large scale every year, also actively participates in social service activities. Taking a unique initiative, a special Kirtan Durbar was held at the local Gurdwara Sahib Ahluwalia in memory of personalities associated with the Mandal who had passed away during the past years. President of Guru Arjan Kirtan Mandal Ram Singh said that Dr. Sarb Singh founded this religious organization and Takht Singh, Master Tarlochan Singh Jeet, S. Jagjit Singh and other prominent members took it to heights. In the organized kirtan ceremony, Bhai Surindpal Singh Raju, while performing rasabhinna kirtan, also explained in detail about the ascended personalities of the mandal. On this occasion, the team of Bhai Inderbir Singh, Biba Dilpreet Kaur and Biba Tarnpreet Kaur performed kirtan of divine verses. After the conclusion, Guru Ka Atut Langar was served.
