Garhshankar 10 October - Today, while talking to journalists at the water works of village Sekhowal Beet under Garhshankar, BJP Beet Mandal President Vijay Kumar Billa Kambala, former president Pradeep Rangeela, General Secretary Alok Rana said that from here Haibowal, Sekhowal, Sihwan, Taba, there is drinking water supply in Harwan villages but there is leakage of drinking water at many place. Due to which water is being wasted and dirty water from these leakage places is going into the pipes and dirty water is being supplied to people's homes, the direct effect of which is playing with the health of the people. He said that this has been repeatedly brought to the attention of the department. Even after bringing it in, no solution is being found. He demanded that the pipes of Baba Adam's time should be replaced. He gave a stern warning and said that if this problem is not resolved then he will take the people of the area along and enter into the struggle.
In this regard, SDO Water Supply Garhshankar Joginderpal said that this matter has come to my notice today itself and it will be resolved soon. Avtar Rana, Billa Mistry Sekhowal, Sardara Sekhowal, Binder Sekhowal were present on this occasion.
