Kharar Police has arrested the so-called Sadh Baba Surinder Tandwal alias Ganesh Nath on the charge of sexually physically exploiting a girl against a so-called Sadh Baba.
Kharar's DSP Sz. Karan Singh Sandhu said that after the police received a complaint regarding the physically exploiting of a girl against the so-called Sadh Baba, Inspector Jagjit Singh, Chief Officer of Thana Sadar Kharar, filed against this person sections 342, 376, 506 of the IPC and the IT Act. A case was registered under Section 66 E of He said that the so-called Sadh Baba Surinder Tandwal alias Ganesh Nath (resident of Rajasthan) had lured the victim to record obscene videos on social media, took advantage of coercion to rape/physically abuse her and threatened her not to tell anyone. He said that after registering the case, this person has been arrested by the police party from Udhopur, Rajasthan and after being produced in the court, he has been remanded for 5 days. He said that this person used to scare innocent girls with black magic and witchcraft and raped them in his possession and cheated innocent people in the name of witchcraft. He said that many cases have been registered against this person.
