In Gurdwara Sri Guru Granth Sahib Phase-1 Sector 55, an eye camp was organized 

by JPI Hospital with the support of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Society (RG).

Gurdwara Sri Guru Granth Sahib President Surjit Singh Matharu said that on this occasion about 100 patients were 

examined free of cost and medicines were given free of charge.

Harbinder Singh, general secretary of the society, said that along with this, the numbers of spectacles were given to the 

patients and they were assured that the spectacles would be made by the society. On this occasion, patients were also 

given information about eye care and eye donation.

On this occasion MC Gurmeet Kaur Ward no. 50, Darshan Singh, Karam Singh Babra, President Ramgarhia Sabha 

Mohali, Avtar Singh, Bhupinder Singh, Pradeep Kumar, Sadhu Singh were also present. On this occasion, Guru Ka 

Langar was served.
