CPR training given to school students by Fortis Hospital

On this occasion, the students were given information about basic life support in times of medical difficulty and medical assistance required in case of cardiac arrest.

Meanwhile, the doctors explained to the children that the life of a needy person can be saved by providing medical assistance during an emergency. The team of doctors also gave valuable information about the injured person, the treatment of snake or bee sting, any kind of injury in the eyes or something in the eye, etc. Children were given information about CPR and told how they can resume blood circulation by doing chest compressions. On this occasion, the principal of the school, Praneet Sohal, said that not only can the injured person be helped with first aid, but his precious life can also be saved.

Karan Bajwa, MD of the school, said that the government should make it necessary for every person to have basic medical information.
