Meeting with the market committee of Mohali and Kharar to develop Mohali Mandi under the chairmanship of Harchand Singh Burst, chairman of Punjab Mandi Board, at the head office of Punjab Mandi Board, Mohali.

The spokesperson of the department said that during the meeting, a demand letter was handed over for the smooth running of the vegetable market in Mohali and Kharar and the problems faced by the farmers. The spokesperson said that no attention was paid to Mohali Mandi built at a cost of 50 crores by the previous governments and it will be restarted.

He said that along with this, the vacant posts will also be filled soon so that the Mandi Board works better.
