Sukhwinder Singh said that he had made a deal to buy a flat with Asiana Builder and Promoter about two and a half months ago. For which he gave Rs 2.60 lakh as deposit to the builder. He said that after taking the deposit, the builder told him that there was a problem with that flat. Then the builder showed him some other properties, one of which he found suitable and he agreed to make a deal for it.

Sukhwinder Singh said that the builder himself gave a check of Rs 2 lakh to the flat owner as deposit for the new flat, but it bounced. He said that even his money is not being returned by the builder. In this regard, he has also given a complaint to the police, but the police is also not taking any action in this matter.

When contacted in this regard, Ati Kumar, the owner of Ashiana Builder and Promoter Company, said that the allegations leveled against him by Sukhwinder Singh are false and baseless. He said that Sukhwinder had given him two lakh rupees as deposit to buy the flat, but then Sukhwinder started saying that he did not like that property, show him another property. He showed four-five properties to Sukhwinder but he refused and then Sukhwinder got a deal for a flat elsewhere on which he returned his money. The builder said that he transferred Rs 1 lakh to the bank account of Sukhwinder's wife and gave Rs 50,000 to the builder from whom Sukhwinder had bought the flat and gave Rs 50,000 in cash, the CCTV footage of which is also in their possession.

He said that due to Sukhwinder's false allegations against him, legal action is being taken against him.
