Patiala, September 23 - The problems faced by SC, ST employees working in banks and other institutions in Punjab will be solved on priority basis. This was expressed by Dr. Dagmulla Prasada Rao, Member of Parliament and Member of Parliamentary Committee of India for Scheduled Castes.
He was addressing the general body meeting of National Council of SC, ST Welfare Organization and SC, ST Welfare Organization at Prabhat Parwana Memorial Hall here. Dr. Prasada Rao said that it has been brought to his attention that the SC, ST employees working in banks and other institutions are facing many kinds of difficulties.
He said that our priority will be to solve these problems as soon as possible.
Addressing the meeting earlier, National Council General Secretary Mahesh Kumar welcomed Dr Prasada Rao, National Council National General Secretary P Narasimha and other dignitaries on their arrival here and said welcome. He also gave information about the work being done by the organization in Punjab and also brought the difficulties to the attention of the dignitaries. A large number of personalities were present in the event.
