Mahilpur September 5- A function was organized today in connection with Teacher's Day in Sri Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College Mahilpur here. The day was celebrated by all the staff under the leadership of the college principal Dr. Parvinder Singh. Prof. Apinder Singh, General Secretary of the College Management Committee, Virinder Sharma and Gurmail Singh Gill Kharoudi and B.Ed College Principal Dr. Rohtansh were present as chief guests on this occasion. .
 On this occasion, Principal Parvinder Singh shared the words of welcome and shared information about the importance of Teacher's Day and said that the teaching class is the light of the society in the true sense. The General Secretary of the Committee, Prof. Apinder Singh, gave information about the importance of Teacher's Day in the field of education and wished all the teachers on this occasion. On this occasion, Staff Secretary Prof. Dev Kumar, Dr. JB Sekhon and Prof. Tajinder Singh presented ideas about the challenges facing the teaching class at present and shared information about the duties and rights of the teaching class. All the teaching staff of the college were present during the ceremony.
