
Look out circular issued against sculptor Jaideep Apte in the case of Shivaji's statue falling down
Mumbai, September 3 - The police of Sindhurgarh district of Maharashtra has issued a Look Out Circular (LoC) against the contractor Jaideep Apte in the case of the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj falling down in the Rajgarh Fort. Officials gave this information today.
Mumbai, September 3 - The police of Sindhurgarh district of Maharashtra has issued a Look Out Circular (LoC) against the contractor Jaideep Apte in the case of the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj falling down in the Rajgarh Fort. Officials gave this information today. Thane-based sculptor Jaideep Apte took the contract to make the statue. The statue of Shivaji collapsed on August 26, in connection with which a case was registered against Apte and Chetan Patil, consultant regarding the structure of the statue, under negligence and other charges in Malwan police station. Patil was arrested from Kohlapur while the Malwan Police has now issued an LOC against Apte.
