
Swati Maliwal beating case: Bibhav Kumar got bail from Supreme Court
New Delhi, September 2 - The Supreme Court today granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar in the case of beating Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal.
New Delhi, September 2 - The Supreme Court today granted bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's aide Bibhav Kumar in the case of beating Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal.
Along with this, the bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice Ujjal Bhuiyan directed that Bibhav Kumar should not be reinstated as a personal assistant nor should he be assigned any official duties in the Chief Minister's Office.
The Supreme Court directed that Bibhav Kumar will not go to the Chief Minister's residence until all the witnesses are questioned.
