Amritsar- Today Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria Sachkhand paid obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib. This was his first visit to Amritsar, where he was accompanied by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann. Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's wife Dr. Gurpreet Kaur was also present with Governor Kataria. On this occasion, he visited Guru Sahib and recited Kirtan of Divya Bani and prayed for the well-being of all. Let us tell you that after paying obeisance at Sri Darbar Sahib, the Governor and the Chief Minister reached Durgyana Temple, where they paid obeisance at the temple with reverence.
While talking to the journalist during this, the Governor said that he has reached here today as the Governor, I often think of coming here and today I finally got the opportunity. He said, I pray that I can work honestly as a servant of the people and take Punjab on the path of progress. During this, he said that Punjab is the region due to whose sacrifice this culture of India has survived till today. May God bless me to work for the development of Punjab and Chandigarh.
