Jalandhar - Prabuddh Bharat Foundation today organized the 15th book competition "Dr. Ambedkar, Maker of Modern India" at various centers across Punjab, Haryana and other states. In which thousands of students participated. A lot of enthusiasm was seen among the children towards the paper.
The duration of the paper was one hour, in which 100 questions were asked. Students had to choose one of the four options in response. Two groups were formed in the examination, the first group from class VI to XII, the second group from classes after class XII up to the age of 40 years. A book competition was also conducted at Sofi Village Budh Vihar. In which 28 students participated. Missionary teachers such as Mr. Narendra Kumar, Vinod Kumar, Principal Paramjit Jasal, Harjinder Banga, Vinod Kumar etc. performed the duties of supervisor in this center.
On this occasion, Advocate Harbhajan Samplaji, General Secretary of Buddha Vihar Trust, said that we have to give as much information as possible to our children about our leaders so that they can take their guidance and pursue higher studies. On this occasion, Master Ram Lal (Ret.), Roop Lal Nambardar, Dr. Gurpal Chauhan, Gurmeet Lal Sampla, Mulkh Raj Kaul, Lahimbar Ram Bangar, Chaman Das Sampla (Ret. Lecturer), Naresh Kumar Sampla, Vinod Kumar, Gautam Sampla etc. were also included.
Apart from Sophie Village, book competition was conducted at other centers of Jalandhar like Sri Guru Ravidas Dharamshala Mohalla Baldev Nagar, Sri Guru Ravidas Dham Randhawa Masandan, Flowerit Public School Kala Bahian, Beas Village, Sri Guru Ravidas Dham Sangal Sohal, Ram Nagar etc. Remember that the result of this examination will be announced on 03 November 2024 Sunday at 10 am at Dr Ambedkar School of Thought Dallewal Road Guraya. In which the first prize of 50 thousand rupees, the second 20 thousand rupees and the third prize 10 thousand rupees will be given in both groups.
