More than 80 patients benefited from Club-21 medical camp

Patiala, August 26 - Club-21, a social service organization, organized a free medical camp at SDKS Bhavan, Rajpura Road, Patiala in collaboration with Park Hospital Patiala. In which 81 patients of various diseases were checked and three days of free medicines were also provided to the needy.

The founder and patron of Club-21 Shri GS Dhillon retired AD GP Punjab and Chairperson X Servicemen Cell, PPCC said that they have been running a campaign to make people aware of health for the last ten years and such camps are a part of this campaign. He said that today there is a great need to make people aware about health even in rural areas. Support of reputed hospitals is being taken for organizing medical camps.
Expressing happiness, he said that Park Hospital Patiala has received great support for this camp. On this occasion, Additional CEO of Park Hospital Mr. Gurjit Singh said that Park Hospital is fulfilling its responsibility towards the society by supporting such medical camps. He said that all kinds of facilities are available at Park Hospital And here D OPD is cheaper compared to other private hospitals. Exemption is also given to the weaker sections of the society.
The expert doctors who examined the patients in this medical camp included Dr. Kamaldeep Sodhi (Medicine), Dr. Praveen Puri (Ortho), Dr. Deepika Sihra (Gynaecologist), Dr. Priya Agarwal (Omtologist) and Dr. Gurvinder Kaur (Dietitian).
