Nawanshahr - As per the directions of National Legal Services Authority and as per the orders received from Hon'ble Member Secretary Punjab State Legal Services Authority SAS Nagar, District and Sessions Judge, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Mrs. Priya Sood informed that National Lok Adalat was organized in the district on 14.09.2024.
District and Sessions Judge Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Ms. Priya Sood informed that as per the directions of National Legal Services Authority and as per the directions of Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar, National Lok Adalat will be organized on 14.09.2024 in the district to settle the cases which are reconcilable by mutual consent at pre-litigation stage.
She informed that in this National Lok Adalat, BSNL cases, insurance company related cases, financial finance cases, bank loan related cases, water bills, criminal compoundable cases, check boss related cases, motor accident claim cases, tribunal related cases, matrimonial disputes, traffic challans, labour disputes, electricity cases and other arbitrary cases will be heard.
