Complaints received at CM window should be resolved within 7 days in all cases - ADC(s)

Nawanshahr - A review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Rajiv Verma, PCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner (J), Sardar Bhagat Singh Nagar regarding the complaints received at the CM window. Officials of various departments and Miss Gurleen, PCS, Field Officer to CM cum-Nodal Officer, CM Window attended this meeting.

Nawanshahr - A review meeting was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Rajiv Verma, PCS, Additional Deputy Commissioner (J), Sardar Bhagat Singh Nagar regarding the complaints received at the CM window. Officials of various departments and Miss Gurleen, PCS, Field Officer to CM cum-Nodal Officer, CM Window attended this meeting. In the meeting, the Additional Deputy Commissioner (J) informed that under the orders of the Chief Minister, Punjab, the CM Window has been opened at the Deputy Commissioner's Office of every district so that the general public does not face any kind of problem in registering their complaints. should be done and grievances should also be resolved in a timely manner. Mr. Rajiv Verma, PCS instructed the officials of all the departments present in the meeting to send the report of the complaint received at the CM window to this office within 7 days. If a case is pending in the civil court regarding any complaint, the details of the court case should be given. If the concerned department will not send the report within 7 days, then the district head of that department will have to tell this office in writing the reasons for sending the report late. If the department does not follow these instructions, action will be taken against those officials as per the rules. Additional Deputy Commissioner (J) appealed to the residents of district Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar that if any resident of the district wants to register their complaint, they can register their complaint at the CM window in the DC office.
