Officials of the District Legal Services Authority planted saplings at different places

Patiala, July 9 - According to the guidelines of the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, the district and Under the able leadership of Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority Rupinderjit Chahal, the District Legal Services Authority, Patiala is conducting a sapling campaign from 1st July to 30th September in District Patiala.

Patiala, July 9 - According to the guidelines of the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, the district and Under the able leadership of Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority Rupinderjit Chahal, the District Legal Services Authority, Patiala is conducting a sapling campaign from 1st July to 30th September in District Patiala.
On this occasion, judicial officers, lawyers and paralegal volunteers of Patiala district visited the surrounding areas of Patiala city, various schools, District Court Complex Patiala, sub-division Rajpura, Samana and
Saplings were planted in the premises of court complexes located at Nabha, and jails in Patiala district. On this occasion, Madam Mani Arora, Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala said that neem, banyan and pipal saplings have been specially planted by the authority with the support of Forest Department. He further informed that awareness programs are also being conducted to make people aware of environmental protection laws.
