He said that earlier common people had to go to Chandigarh to solve their problems, but now Chief Minister Support Center and CM Window have been established at the district level where clean drinking water and ventilated places to sit are provided for the convenience of the people. has been arranged so that people do not have to go far to solve their problems. Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa said that appropriate arrangements have been made by the district administration for the convenience of the common people and orders have been issued to all the officials to resolve the complaints of the people in time.
He also said that the personal responsibility of the officials who do not resolve the complaints of the people within the stipulated time will be fixed. He said that the duty of employees has been assigned at the Chief Minister Support Center opened at the district level, who will play an important role in solving the problems of the citizens coming to the DC office located at the District Administrative Complex by properly guiding them. . The Deputy Commissioner appealed to the people of the district to make maximum use of the public convenience camps organized by the administration two days a week in different villages so that they do not face any kind of trouble.
He said that he himself is also listening to the problems of the people by joining the public convenience camp so that the problems of the people can be resolved soon. By doing this, while the transparency in government work will increase, the gap between the common people and the administration will also decrease. He said that 12 applications/complaints related to different departments were received in this public convenience camp, out of which 9 complaints were resolved on the spot and instructions were given to the concerned departments to resolve the remaining 3 complaints in time. are On this occasion SDM Balachore Ravinder Bansal, BDPO Saroa Ashok and other officers were also present.
