Hoshiarpur - A collection of stories written by Harbhajan Singh Kathar, the book 'Dubde Suraj Da Aksa' was presented to the public at District Language Office, Hoshiarpur. This writer, who retired as General Manager of Air Force Corporation of India, was writing from around 1970-71.
The stories and works written by them have been published in many newspapers and magazines. The book 'Dubde Suraj Da Aksa', which is a treasure of short stories, portrays the image of the society and various social conditions in a very vivid manner and has become the center of attraction for the readers. Writer Kathar also told that his wife late Sarjinder Kaur and family have contributed a lot in the writing process for a long time.
On this occasion, District Language Officer Hoshiarpur Dr. Jaswant Roy and Assistant District Public Relations Officer Lokesh Chaubey appreciated this book. Kultar Singh, Shamsher Sohi, Jasveer Dhiman, Ajay Kumar, Ramnik Singh, Anju Ratti, Amanjit Kaur etc were present on this occasion.
