Big talks are being made about providing clean and pure drinking water to the people. But deliberately depriving people of basic needs is completely unconstitutional. On the one hand, the government claims to follow the path of Dr. Ambedkar by putting up pictures of Dr. Ambedkar ji in offices, and also violates constitutional rights. The question arises that ignoring the basic constitutional rights Article 21 and 15 is not an unconstitutional act, if the government itself violates the constitutional right, then what will it teach others. He said that the Constitution does not allow discrimination against anyone, but the Punjab government is giving proof of being anti-constitutional by grossly ignoring constitutional rights. It is a matter of shame that for the last 28 years, the residents of Ladhewal village are deprived of drinking water. Whereas not a single moment can be spent without drinking water.
Dhiman said that these people are also voters and citizens of India, but why do you discriminate against them? Does the Punjab government not have money even to lay a pipeline? By the way, the Chief Minister of Punjab often says that the government treasury is full and has never been empty. It is not right to do injustice to anyone. Justice can never be given to the people without fairness and transparency and the basis of truth has to be adopted to give justice. Gossip and lies can be resorted to for some time but the basic needs of the people cannot be fulfilled. If people have to plead in the honorable courts even for basic needs, then what is the use of electing governments. In this regard, an e-mail will be sent to the Honorable Chief Secretary of Punjab for justice. On this occasion Parvinder Singh, Dilraj Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Tarsem Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Paramjit Singh, Unkar Singh and Salinder Singh were present.
