
In case of death in an accident, the family of a PRTC employee will get 40 lakh rupees

He said that it was often seen that the employees were worried when an employee died in any kind of accident or his physical condition deteriorated. He said that the agreement made with Punjab and Sindh Bank will benefit 4200 employees. The employee will have to shift his account to Punjab and Sindh Bank, after which the employee will be provided free insurance facility without any cost. Accordingly, if any employee of the department dies in an accident while on duty, his family will be given 40 lakh rupees by Punjab and Sindh Bank with immediate effect. The special thing is that this rule of duty will also apply.
Apart from this, if the daughter is studying in the house then she will be given Rs 12 lakh separately for her education and if the son is studying in the house then she will be given Rs 6 lakh for her education. Apart from this, if any part of the body is damaged during an accident of an employee, then the claim made in that will also be given to the employee. PRC MD Ravinder Singh, Chief Accounts Officer cum Financial Advisor Rajeev Kumar Goyal, GM Administration Maninder Singh Sidhu, Chaman Lal Field General Manager from Punjab & Sindh Bank, Karamjit Singh Deputy General Manager and Upasana Dhar Zonal Manager were also present on the occasion of the agreement.
