SAS Nagar, June 29 - CBSE Board organized a two-day capacity building workshop on health and fitness for school teachers at Sant Ishar Singh Public School Phase 7 Mohali.
On this occasion, Dr. Manjali Tejpal, principal of JAM International School, Patiala and retired principal Gauri Chhabra from Ludhiana, who joined as resource persons to provide information on this subject, gave necessary training to the teachers of the school. He said that to stay healthy, our body should be disease-free and stress-free. Health is the most valuable asset, but few people follow the necessary lifestyle to take care of it in life. He said that we do not realize the importance of being healthy and well and we also underestimate its benefits.
School Principal Inderjit Kaur Sandhu said that the teachers have benefited a lot from this workshop and the teachers have learned a lot in a very interesting way. They need it very much according to the current national policy. Finally, School Director Pawandeep Kaur Gill thanked the resource persons.
