"There is no drug on earth that can make life worthwhile" - Chaman Singh

Nawanshahr - Red Cross De-addiction and Rehabilitation Center Nawanshahr organized a drug awareness camp at Gurdwara Sri Guru Ravidas Ji, Village Bahua under the "Nash Mukt Bharat Abhiyan". The camp was presided over by Shri Parminder Singh Sarpanch.

Nawanshahr - Red Cross De-addiction and Rehabilitation Center Nawanshahr organized a drug awareness camp at Gurdwara Sri Guru Ravidas Ji, Village Bahua under the "Nash Mukt Bharat Abhiyan". The camp was presided over by Shri Parminder Singh Sarpanch. On this occasion Mr. Chaman Singh Project Director said that the youth of Punjab are badly trapped in the gang of drugs, while the history of Punjab is not like this. The land of Punjab has always given birth to brave warriors but some people are putting the youth on the path of drugs for their own benefit. There is no drug on earth that can make life worthwhile. He said that the youth should be aware about drugs so that they can avoid incurable diseases. Speaking on this occasion, Councilor Mrs. Kamaljit Kaur said that the youth of today are the future of tomorrow. He informed the people about the facilities and activities of the center.
Mrs. Raj Rani Anganwadi worker thanked the team of Red Cross De-addiction Center Nawanshahr. Kashmir Chand, Charanjit, Resham Kaur, Devinderjit Kaur, Sunita Rani, Bahlihar Singh, Amarjit, Parshotam Lal and other villagers were also present on this occasion.
