Guru Nanak Mission Service Society honored talented students and sportsmen

During the ceremony, 22 children were given certificates and models of Darbar Sahib as gifts. Sharing this information, Surjit Singh, the chief servant of Guru Nanak Mission Service Society, said that by the grace of God, the society is making efforts to carry the message of Guru Nanak Sahib's mission for the good of all by organizing religious events throughout the district. There is also an effort to connect the youth with spiritual education to stop the growing social evils. Apart from this, efforts are being made to provide all kinds of basic facilities to the people in the fields of health, environment, education at very low rates.
He said that the society is also running a free coaching center to prepare the unemployed children educated in the field of education to get jobs. While addressing on this occasion, Dr. Hanwant Singh (PTC Network) made an emotional appeal to the Punjabi children that instead of going abroad for employment, they should stay in the country and secure their future and that of their beautiful Punjab. On this occasion, the chief patron of the society, Giani Sarabjit Singh Ludhiana, said that apart from the above services, the Guru Nanak Mission Service Society will now look after the needs of the children in the field of education and sports until they attain higher education and reach high government positions. So that the tendency of children to go abroad for employment and do menial wages can be reduced. Referring to the condition of the youth who have gone abroad for employment, he said that today very educated youth who are preferring to go abroad instead of getting good jobs in Punjab, we have to make efforts to change this trend.
