Nawanshahr - Navjot Sahitya Sanstha and organised a literary programme at Yakke Restaurant in Kariyam village. Renowned poets shared their wonderful creations in the Kavi Darbar organised in the programme. The president of the organisation Gurnek Sher welcomed all the people present. Barjinder Singh Hussainpuri, founder and prominent social worker of Naroa Punjab inaugurated the programme by lighting a lamp.

This felicitation ceremony was organised by Kulwinder Singh Dhaan, president of Guru Nanak Mission Medical and Educational Trust Dhaan Kaleran. He praised the literary services of forty years in the field of literature and said that the role of writers in changing the system of society is important. Madam Harbans Kaur conducted the stage very well.
