Confidence built by positive steps of administration
At the same time, Yashpal, a resident of Jalgran Tabba Ward 5, said that he was facing a lot of problems due to the absence of a railway over bridge. Due to the problem of the over bridge, the villagers had decided to boycott the Lok Sabha elections by sitting on a protest. But the positive steps taken by the administration have built their confidence and increased their hope. He clarified that now all the people here have taken a unanimous decision to participate in the great festival of democracy.
Yashpal told that the local people had been demanding an over bridge for a long time, due to its non-completion they were facing many problems. In the absence of an over bridge, people had to travel an additional distance of about 12 kilometers from the district headquarters. He told that children have to pass through railway tracks to go to school, patients to go to hospital, go to Panchayat house and other works, due to which there is a fear of any untoward incident happening all the time.
Yashpal said that the protest was ended after the administration listened to the problems of the local people and reassured them. He said that to strengthen democracy, local people will participate enthusiastically in the Lok Sabha elections so that the voice of democracy can be raised. All the local villagers were present on this occasion.
At the same time, SDM Vishwa Mohan Dev Chauhan welcomed the decision of people to participate in voting and said that every vote is valuable in strengthening democracy. The concerned departments have been asked to time bound the work of the over bridge. The residents of Jalgran Tabba are confident about this and are excited about participating in the great festival of democracy.
