Garhshankar - There are only a few days left for the Lok Sabha elections and the campaigning by various parties has started in full swing. Congress leader Kulwinder Bittu and coordinator of Garhshankar Nirvair Singh held corner meetings in different villages of the area while intensifying the election campaign of Congress candidate Vijay Inder Singla from Lok Sabha constituency Sri Anandpur Sahib today.
  Talking to journalists on this occasion, Kulwinder Bittu and Nirvair Singh said that it is necessary for Congress to win to save the constitution in the country. He said that the Congress party has fielded an honest, educated and hardworking candidate from Sri Anandpur Sahib who will raise the voice of the area in the Lok Sabha. He said that Vijay Inder Singla, while a Member of Parliament Sangrur, has built a hospital and cancer hospital here on the lines of PGI, Chandigarh. He appealed to the people to once win Vijay Inder Singla and send him to the Lok Sabha and then see how the area develops. He said that the sarpanches can be taken with them by intimidation, but not the people. Kulwinder Bittu has appealed to people to vote for Congress without any fear.
