Patiala, May 14 - Youth leader Jagminder Singh Swajpur filed his nomination papers as an independent candidate from Patiala Lok Sabha constituency before the District Election Officer here today. His brother Jatwinder Singh filed nomination papers as a covering candidate.
   Speaking to the media on this occasion, Jagminder Singh said that he will fight this election on the basis of issues related to Punjab and sect and if i will wins throug the Sangats, then these issues will be raised in the Parliament and resolved.
