Kalam President Sukhwinder Kamboj, Co-Chairman Kulwinder and President Lakhwinder Johal while releasing the joint opinion of the selection committee, Kalam General Secretary Surjeet Judge said that this time 'Dr. Kesar Singh Kesar Ilme-Aval' 'Kalam Award' to Dr. Nahar Singh, the leading explorer and critic of folk stream, 'Kalam Award' to Rishi-Raman's Row 'Kalam Award' in memory of capable poet and ghazalgo Amrik Dogra, storyteller and novelist Talwinder Singh. In 'Talwinder Di Tarang' 'Kalam Puraskar' will be given to deep thinking novelist and tireless literary activist, fellow Atarjit.
