Kalam President Sukhwinder Kamboj, Co-Chairman Kulwinder and President Lakhwinder Johal while releasing the joint opinion of the selection committee, Kalam General Secretary Surjeet Judge said that this time 'Dr. Kesar Singh Kesar Ilme-Aval' 'Kalam Award' to Dr. Nahar Singh, the leading explorer and critic of folk stream, 'Kalam Award' to Rishi-Raman's Row 'Kalam Award' in memory of capable poet and ghazalgo Amrik Dogra, storyteller and novelist Talwinder Singh.
