Una, 8 May:- On Wednesday, the second day of filing nomination papers for the assembly by-election, a candidate from Gagret assembly constituency of Una district filed his nomination papers before Returning Officer SDM Gagret.
Election Officer SDM Gagret Saumil Gautam said that Manohar Lal, aged 44 years, son of Mulakh Raj, village and post office Dangoh Khas, Tehsil Ghanari, District Una, from Gagret has filed nomination as an independent candidate.
At the same time, Kutlaihar Assembly Election Officer SDM Bangana Sonu Goyal said that no candidate has filed his nomination in Kutlaihar even for the second day.
