Hoshiarpur - For Lok Sabha Elections-2024, ARO Vyom Bharadwaj of Vidhan Sabha Constituency 41-Urmur has issued instructions for the group of employees who will participate in the polling staff rehearsal on May 5, 2024 at Government College Tanda. He said that polling staff of Hoshiarpur district (except Gadshankar), who are voters of Lok Sabha constituency Hoshiarpur, have to fill 12-A form and issue EDC to cast their vote.
If the vote of the polling staff is in the Vidhan Sabha constituency outside Hoshiarpur, then the vote has to be cast by filling Form No. 12 and issuing a postal ballot. He said that the details of the voter list recorded in the 12-A form given along with his duty order should be verified through the voter helpline app. If there is any mistake in these details then it should be corrected in a clear manner. After that, on the day of rehearsal, make sure to submit your Form 12-A/12 along with a copy of voter card (self-attested) and a copy of duty order issued for election (self-attested) so that they Election duty certificate required for voting can be issued on time. They have asked the employees to ensure strict compliance of these instructions.
