Patiala, April 26 - School management by District Legal Services Authority Patiala under the supervision of District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman District Legal Services Authority Patiala Madam Rupinderjit Chahal and Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary District Legal Services Authority Patiala Madam Mani Arora With the support of the committee, a legal awareness program was organized at Government Senior Secondary School Ajnauda Kalan.
On this occasion, teachers and students were made aware about free legal services, benefits of Lok Adalats, permanent Lok Adalat (public utility services). Apart from this, information was also given about the upcoming National Lok Adalat to be held on May 11. Bhagwan Das Gupta Para Legal Volunteer informed the audience about free legal services and Punjab Victim Compensation Scheme-2017 and Hem Rishi Para Legal Volunteer about National Lok Adalat.
Kiranjit Kaur Vice Principal GSSS Ajnauda Kalan, Paralegal Volunteer Paramjit Singh and Naresh Sharma were also present during this program.
