Garhshankar April 24 - Right to Education Act 2009 and Article 15 of the Fundamental Constitutional Rights are against all discriminatory sentiments in the country. But the sad fact is that the self-interested thinking of the governments is destroying the basis of free and compulsory education by fueling the poison of discrimination in the roots of primary education and the defenders of fundamental rights are falling prey to complete indifference.

In this regard, Labor Party President Jai Gopal Dhiman revealed the information received from the office of Mahilpur Block 1 under the Right to Information Act 2005 and said that in total 59 schools of Block 1, 26 schools have single teachers to teach 3458 children, 02 schools have been closed in the block In which there are (Bharatpur Rajputs and Kothi) etc. and 07 schools without teachers (teachers are equipped). Dhiman said that it is a shameful act of the Ministry of Education of the Punjab Government that in schools, dresses are given to all girls, SC boys, BPL boys, books are given to all students and the fund of dress for general category boys disappears. | That means they are not given any dress. The primary education system in the country is maintained by the government because of discrimination. Not giving dress to general category children is an unpleasant joke. The saddest thing is that the members of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha are also silent in the country and the remaining 92 speakers in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha are also sitting silently.
Why are those making schools of eminence and smart schools in Punjab not seeing the difference between schools? Dhiman said that a total of 08 posts of center head teachers, 19 posts of HT and 129 posts of ETT teachers are sanctioned and out of them 4 posts are filled for CHT, 14 posts for CHT and 60 posts for ETT are filled. And by keeping 04 vacancies of CHT, 05 vacancies of HT and total 70 vacancies of ETT, the flexible education system of the Punjab government is doing a huge loss to the innocent children.
Dhiman further said that the primary education sector was completely confined to false propaganda of flexes and making photographs on the walls of schools. Although LKG, UKG classes have been started in schools. But to teach these young children, hardly any educational teacher with knowledge of psychology, who is able to understand the children well, will be seen. These children do not need specially trained teachers. He said that the attendance scholarship of scheduled caste girls is Rs 500 per child per year, backward class girls stipend is 500 per student, dirty occupation stipend is Rs 1800 per child under center sparse scheme, minority stipend is Rs 1000 per child under center sponsor scheme and uniforms all Children are provided. Dhiman demanded from the government that discrimination with all kinds of children in the field of primary education should be ended in all circumstances and this question will also have to be answered by the candidates contesting the election.
Even after the country's long journey to independence, the failure to end discrimination is a big proof of the government's hollowness. He appealed to the people to be aware of their constitutional rights and come forward to raise their voices to end discrimination. Dhiman said that he will bring a non-discriminatory education structure to the people by filing a public interest petition in the honorable Punjab and Haryana High Court.
