
Jagjit Chharbard, the cult face of BSP, will contest the monarchy of Patiala Lok Sabha.
Jalandhar - In a press note issued by Bahujan Samaj Party Punjab, it was said that as per the order of BSP National President Sister Kumari Mayawati ji and the directions of Punjab Haryana Chandigarh in-charge Randhir Singh Baniwal ji, BSP candidate from Lok Sabha Patiala will be Jagjit Chharbard. Central Coordinator Bainiwal said that candidates will be announced soon for all the seats in Punjab. The final decision on the panel of all the candidates is being taken by sister Kumari Mayawati.

BSP state president Jasveer Singh Garhi said that Panthak Chehra BSP candidate Jagjit Chharbard will contest the Rajwarashahi of Patiala Lok Sabha. Garhi said that with this announcement of BSP, four candidates have been announced by BSP so far. In which the names of Rakesh Kumar Summan from Hoshiarpur, Mr. Surinder Kamboz from Ferozepur, Dr. Makhan Singh from Sangrur have been announced.
Giving information, Garhi said that Chharbard are related to religious and social background. Chharbard has been the district president of BSP and is currently the state general secretary. Chharbard has contested from Bahujan Samaj Party in 2012 from Rajpura and in 2017 from Ghanour Vidhan Sabha. During the Kisan Andolan in the year 2020, Chharbard played an active role in organizing continuous langars for the struggling farmers at Toll Plaza Azijpur which is located on Chandigarh Patiala Road under the leadership of Sant Samaj in the year 2020.
They serve prominently at Hazur Sahib along with the great saints serving religiously. Chharbard Saheed, dedicated to the martyrdom of Baba Sangat Singh ji and the elder Sahibzades, Nagar Kirtan has been taking out from village Chharbard to Chamkaur Sahib continuously for the past 12 years with the support of the Sant Samaj and the Sangats of the area.
