SAS Nagar, April 11 - Mohali Municipal Corporation Mayor Amarjit Singh Jiti Sidhu today greeted the Muslim community on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr by attending various mosques – Balongi, Mataur and Shahi Majra.

On this occasion, Mayor Jiti Sidhu said that all religions give the message of one waheguru, God, Ishwer, Allah and talk about commonality. He said that this great and sacred day of Eid-ul-Fitr reinforces the spread of mutual brotherhood, mutual harmony and peace. He said that this festival of Eid-ul-Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramzan and is also a symbol of mutual brotherhood, sympathy and fellowship.
