Patiala, April 10 - Former Minister of State for External Affairs and Member of Lok Sabha from Patiala Praneet Kaur today launched a sharp attack on the Aam Aadmi Party and its supremo Arvind Kejriwal, saying that it is clear from the High Court's comments on Arvind Kejriwal that the adulterated liquor policy in Delhi was created under the leadership of the Chief Minister and he is completely involved in this scandal.
Addressing reporters at the Bharatiya Janata Party office here, he said that it is a slap on the face of Aam Aadmi Party which is saying that Arvind Kejriwal's arrest is politically motivated. He further said that even after 9 summons issued by ED, Arvind Kejriwal's failure to appear before the Enforcement Directorate makes his crime clear. The court has clearly said that the rules are not different for the Chief Minister and the common man. Kejriwal was calling his arrest illegal while the court admitted that he was the "main actor" in the policy-making and conspiracy of the Delhi liquor scam. In response to a question about the ongoing movement of farmers, Praneet De said that if the farmers come forward to negotiate, the problem will definitely be solved.
He said that it is the right of the farmers to oppose the BJP, but if the farmers come for talks, the problem will definitely be solved. On this occasion, Praneet Kaur was accompanied by her daughter and state Mahila Morcha president Jai Inder Kaur and former mayor of Municipal Corporation Patiala and BJP leader Sanjeev Sharma Bittu were also present.
