
The 35th batch of devotees from the Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society will pay homage at Kartarpur (Pakistan) on April 11.
Nawanshahr - Service for pilgrimage to Kartarpur Sahib (Pakistan) continues by Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society. The 35th batch of pilgrims will leave tomorrow (April 11) to visit Gurudwara Darbar Sahib Sri Kartapur Sahib, the holy place of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji.

Sharing this information, Chief Sevak of Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society Surjit Singh said that due to the completion of examinations of school children since last month and increasing number of NRI families, devotees come every day through Guru Nanak Mission Facilitation Center for Sri Kartarpur Sahib Yatra. Earlier in the month of March also, five groups were sent by the society to visit Sri Kartarpur Sahib. During the last two years, 34 groups have visited the holy place Gurdwara Darbar Sahib through Dera Baba Terminal. And the 35th batch of 51 pilgrims is leaving for darshan tomorrow (11 April 2024). He told that this group will leave by bus from Guru Nanak Mission Seva Society office at 4 in the morning. After visiting Gurudwara Baba Bakala Sahib, this group will enter Pakistan through Kartarpur Sahib Corridor. After visiting Sri Kartarpur Sahib, the pilgrims will return in the evening. Apart from Nawanshahr, sangats from Banga, Moranwali, Mehatpur Uldani, Shekhupur, Sona, Denowal, Langrua, Kajampur, Kaulgarh, Lalpur, Kariyam, Daulatpur, Rampur Birlon and Juna etc. will also be included in this group.
He informed that the next batch will be sent by the society on 30th April and the booking of the 37th batch is being done for 15th May.
Balwant Singh Soita, Jagdeep Singh, Jaswinder Singh Saini, Tarlochan Singh Khatkar Kalan, Kuljeet Singh Khalsa, Gyan Singh, Mahinder Singh Jafarpur and other members were also present on this occasion.
