
Thalassaemic Charitable Trust organised its 294th Blood Donation Camp on 16th March 2024 in PGIMER, Chandigarh in coordination with Deptt. of Transfusion Medicine PGIMER

about 25-30 blood donors did not donated blood due to various reasons. Dr. Vinay Sood, Finance Secretary of Trust donated blood 11th time in this camp. The camp was successfully ended under the guidance of Prof(Dr.) Ratti Ram Sharma-HOD, Deptt. of Transfusion Medicine PGI and their respective team. Trust emphasised the need for voluntary blood donation to save precious lives needing blood support. On behalf of the Thalassaemic Charitable Trust, Memebr secretary thanked all blood donors and the team of Department of Transfusion Medicine, PGIMER Chandigarh for this camp. Next blood donation camp will be held on 5th April 2024 in Sector 6, Panchkula.
