Hoshiarpur - In view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections-2024, the District Level Media Certification and Monitoring Committee constituted as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India has become operational, which will monitor the advertising, paid news through print, electronic and social media during the election campaign. Suspicious paid news will be continuously monitored. This was expressed by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Komal Mittal today while inspecting the media monitoring cell established at the district administrative complex.
