Una, March 15 - National Human Rights Special Monitor Bal Krishna Goyal visited Regional Hospital Una on Friday. During this, he inspected various wards, OPD, registration counter and suggestion/complaint plaque of the hospital.

Una, March 15 - National Human Rights Special Monitor Bal Krishna Goyal visited Regional Hospital Una on Friday. During this, he inspected various wards, OPD, registration counter and suggestion/complaint plaque of the hospital.
On this occasion he met the hospital staff and learned about their problems. During this, he thoroughly examined the food grains kept in the hospital and gave necessary directions. He also inspected the newly constructed mother-child hospital in the regional hospital and gave instructions to submit a report in this regard. During the inspection, he obtained detailed information about OPD, blood bank and other working systems of the hospital.
He told the hospital administration that under the National Health Policy, there should be a separate ward for elderly patients and attendants to take care of them. Every health facility for sick elderly people should be provided on priority basis so that they do not have to face any kind of problem.
On this occasion, he also visited the patients admitted in the wards and interacted with them and got information about the facilities being provided by the hospital.
On this occasion, CMO Dr. Sanjeev Verma, MOH Dr. Sukhdeep Singh Sidhu, MS Dr. Sanjay Mankotia, DPO ICDS Narendra Kumar and other officers were present.
