
Manurbhav in Dayanand Chintan
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dayanand Saraswati, as part of the annual annual Arshvidya Prabhas, a one-day national seminar was organized by the Department of Sanskrit, Punjab University, on the subject of Manurbhav in Dayanand Chintan. In which Professor Ram Singh Chauhan of Saraswat University, Jaipur was present as the guest and Professor Balveer Acharya Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak was present as the keynote speaker.

In which Professor Ram Singh Chauhan of Saraswat University, Jaipur was present as the guest and Professor Balveer Acharya Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak was present as the keynote speaker. Chairman of the department, Professor Alankar ji welcomed the guest dignitaries who had come from Pushpaguchha, after which Saraswat guest Professor Chauhan said that Dayanand Saraswati was a major educationist, social reformer and he established the true Sanatan Vedic religion in its pure form. In his statement, he briefly presented the main principles of Dayanand Saraswati such as Treitavad, monotheism, Apaurusheya, special principles related to karma and fruits, rebirth and salvation. In this sequence, the main speaker of the program, Professor Acharya, while explaining the word Aarsh, threw light on the topics of Yoga, Meditation, Shivsankalpsukta, Satyarth Prakash etc. In this seminar, research students of the department presented research papers in which Sandeep Kumar, Anshul Chaudhary, Apoorva, Shalini, Ritu etc. This program was efficiently conducted by department teacher Vijay Bhardwaj. At the end of the program, Prof. V.K. Alankar thanked everyone and explained the importance of Gayatri Mantra and worship of God and Yoga awakens a person's consciousness, only then a person becomes a human being. In this program, Kalidas Professor Ashok ji also expressed his views and Professor Ritubala, who had come from Hoshiarpur, also expressed her views about Dayanand Saraswati. On this occasion, all the teachers, research students of the department and students of Hindi department were also present.
