Patiala, March 4 - Sarbat da Bhala Charitable Trust organized a two-day national conference at Anandpur Sahib on the theme 'Thought of Inclusivity: The Sacred, Romantic, Transcendent Earth of Sri Anandpur Sahib'.
The objectives of this conference include 'to attempt to document the heritage of Anandpur Sahib, to provide a spiritual and ethical framework of consciousness in a modern perspective, to create a unique paradigm of universality and modernity, to preserve the literary collection. and publishing' etc. were prominent. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. SP Singh Oberoi, founder and chief of Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust. The conference was presided over by "Padma Shri" Surjit Patar. Dr. SP Singh Oberoi, Managing Trustee of Sarbat Da Bhala Charitable Trust, gave all the credit for the success of this conference to Dr. Manmohan Singh. Dr. Oberoi said that Dr. Manmohan Singh wanted a national level conference to be held in Anandpur Sahib.
