Hoshiarpur - In order to make people aware of the immense potential of tourism in Hoshiarpur, Department of Tourism and Cultural Affairs Punjab and District Administration Hoshiarpur on the occasion of Star Night on the third day of 'Hoshiarpur Nature Fest-2024' at Dussehra Ground 'Hoshiarpur' famous Punjabi Singer Kulwinder Billa nailed the audience with his songs. After starting his show with a religious song, Kulwinder Billa performed popular songs one after the other as per the demand of the audience.
Kulwinder Billa's medley of songs set the whole fair abuzz. Zohar Billa stole the show with his art like Sucha Surma, Tich Button di Jodi, Antena, Neai Wale Mod te, Palajo, Khar Le Rang Da Yaar etc. This musical evening was started by Chief Guest Cabinet Minister Brahm Shankar Gimpa with wife Vibha Sharma. He said that Punjabi culture is very rich and many artists have gained international fame by serving the Punjabi mother tongue. He said that Kulwinder Billa is very popular especially among the youth. He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the state government is conducting cultural fairs across the state to make Punjab colorful again. In this series, this fair being organized at Hoshiarpur is a commendable initiative and the fair is getting a great response from the people. He said that the Punjab government is committed to promoting the Punjabi mother tongue.
