It may be mentioned that Eng. Hans has also served as Deputy Chief Engineer in Ludhiana before this. Born on January 5, 1969 to Mr. Gurbakhsh Singh at village Hans Kalan near Jagraon, Mr. Hans did electrical engineering in the year 1990 from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana. And started serving as SDO in Punjab State Electricity Board in 1991. He has 32 years of operations experience holding various positions and key roles.
Meanwhile, he expressed his gratitude to PSPCL Management CMD Eng: Baldev Singh Saran, Director Distribution Eng: DPS Grewal for handing over this responsibility and assured to meet their expectations with full honesty and diligence. He said that PSPCL is committed to work in public interest under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and following the guidelines of Power Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO.
On this occasion, Chief Engineer Eng. Hans held a meeting with the officers of the department here today And gave them strict instructions to solve people's problems on priority basis. In this way, he emphasized on the policy of zero tolerance against corruption That any complaint in this regard will not be tolerated And any employee caught committing corruption will not be spared. He also directed to speed up the technical de-loading of feeders and transformers, so that uninterrupted power supply can be provided to the people.
