Freshers party was celebrated at Sardar Dilbag Singh Government College Jadla
Nawanshahr - A fresher party was organized for the newly admitted students of session 2024-25 under the leadership of College Principal Madam Simi Johal at Sardar Dilbagh Singh Government College, Jadla today. In this party, BA and BCom pre-parties were warmly welcomed by old students of the college. The fresher's party started with a welcome speech by Manju Bala (BA Part-3), a student of the college.

After this, the college principal Madam Simmi Johal welcomed the newly admitted students of the college. Thoughts were made to brighten the name of the college by making the newly admitted students achieve great things in life. Along with this, Prof. Priya Bawa welcomed the students and told them how to be a good student. After this, different types of cultural presentations were made by the students of different classes of the college. College student Jaswinder Singh (BA Part-1) sang a song. Manpreet Kaur and Sanjot (BA Part-3) performed dance. After the dance, the first round of confidence walk was done. In which new students specially participated. Narinder Singh (BA Part-2) inspired the students to move forward in life with a motivational speech.
After this, Mamta, Sania, Mandeep (BA part-1) performed dance. After the dance, the second round of confidence walk was done. After this the in-out game started. Jaswinder Singh (BA Part-1) submitted a poem. Mamata and Sania (BA Part-1) performed the dance. After this the fresher final round walk and question-answer round started. Then Khushi Badhan (BA Part-1) performed a song. Prabhjot Singh (BA Part-3) and Vikram Kumar (BCom Part-3) performed dance together.
Jaswinder Singh (BA Part-1) was awarded Mr. Fresher by the college staff and Manpreet Kaur (BA Part-1) as Miss Fresher by keeping in mind the various talents presented by the students. Muskaan (BCom Part-1) was awarded the title of Miss Elegance (Beautiful) and Gurpreet Singh was awarded the title of Mr. Handsome. Finally, Jaswinder Singh (BA Part-1) thanked the old students for the fresher party. The college staff participated during this party.
