Garhshankar February 10 - According to the instructions of District Police Mr. Surendra Laban SSP Hoshiarpur, Sarabjit Singh Bahia SP (Investigation) action taken against bad men, drug smugglers Satish Kumar Deputy Captain Police Sub Division Garhshankar, SI Baljinder Singh, under the supervision of Chief Police Station Garhshankar, Inspector Kuldeep Singh along with his fellow employees patrolled and checked bad suspicious men and checking all types of vehicles in the area of unpaved road near village Denowal Khurd near railway gate Jhungi Road Garhshankar and motorcycle number P B - 24 - E - 3021 Marka Splendor, Mussami Harish son of Ashok Kumar resident of village Baura police station Garhshankar was arrested and drugs weighing 70 grams were seized from his possession and Mussami Surinder Kumar alias Shalu son of Vijay Kumar resident of village Baura police station Garhshankar was arrested. After recovering 20 grams of heroin from his possession, a case was registered against Uttan under various anti-narcotics sections at police station Garhshankar and further action was taken. From whom the inquiry is still ongoing.
